HOMEMADE GRAPES ENZYMES

INGREDIENTS:
800g seedless grapes,
2 lemons,
700g brown sugar blocks,
1 glass bottles (2 liter packs)

PROCEDURE STEPS

1. Wash grapes and lemons until clean and set aside to let it dry in the air; wash knife, glass bottle and other utensils until clean. put under hot sun to dry it.
2. Slice grapes thinly together with skin (it is fine if you want to remove skin); cut lemon into halves together with skin (it is ok if you want to remove skin), remove seeds and slice thinly; divide grapes and sugar equally into 2 portions.
3. Spread 1 portion of grapes on the bottom of glass, spread in 300g of sugar, then spread the another layer of grapes, and put in all lemon slices, spread 400g of sugar on the top layer.
4. Just make sure the last layer is sugar will be fine, remember not to fill until too full, reserve some space for the ingredients to ferment.
5. Cover the glass with lid, do not need to close it too tight, leave a bit of air for the enzymes.
6. Lastly keep the glass in a dry, clean and shady place, after 4 weeks, if the enzymes smelled of sweet fragrances, and they didn't grow black mildews, then you just need to strain away the bits and enzymes are ready.
7. Keep ready-made enzymes fresh in the fridge, mix 3 tbsp enzymes into 1 cup of water, stir to mix well and serve it.
